1. Nature of Services

NATCON 2026 is a national conference event. All registrations and services on this Website are digital in nature. No physical goods are delivered through this Website.

2. Registration Confirmation

Upon successful payment, aregistration confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during registration. This will include:

Your unique registration/delegate ID
Event details (date, venue, schedule)
Instructions for on-site check-in

3. Delegate Kit / Physical Materials

Any delegate kits, badges, certificates, or printed materials (if applicable) will be distributed on-site at the event venue on the day(s) of the conference. These are not mailed or couriered in advance.

4. E-Certificates & Receipts

Payment receipts will be sent to your registered email immediately after payment confirmation.
E-certificates of participation (if issued) will be sent to your registered email address after the conclusion of the event.

5. Delivery Failure

If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours of registration, please:
