Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for NATCON 2026 event registration are strictly non-refundable. Once a registration is confirmed and payment is processed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of personal plans or inability to attend
• Scheduling conflicts
• Medical emergencies (unless covered by separate event insurance)
• Technical issues on the delegate's side during payment

2. Duplicate Payments

In the rare event of a duplicate payment being charged due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 working days after verification. Please contact us immediately if you suspect a duplicate charge.

3. Event Cancellation or Postponement

• If the event is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund will be processed to all registered delegates.
• If the event is postponed, your registration will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date. Refunds will not be issued for postponements.
